The new Narciso Rodriguez Eau de Parfum Ambrée is youthful and fresh in my opinion. I don’t like the Narciso for her it’s a no no for me. I love the Musc Noir for her, sexy, bold, dark and spicy.

I totally understand when you say a perfume smells like "old lady", lol. I'm 38 and some perfumes smell like that to me and that's the way I explain it. Some perfumes just smell way too mature, even for me at 38. My mom is in her early 60's and I think some of those scents are more suitable for her.

My scent of the day is a layering combination of Rogue, Sofia and Bourbon dry shampoo😂 I feel like a sophisticated badass! I agree, you do need to be in a mood for these and today I'm loving this combo 😍 👌
I also have the Narciso and Im not a fan either but my husband LOVES this on me so I use it every now and then. I also have Lovely but I prefer Lovely more than Narciso. 💖

I totally agree on the Sophia one as well as the Brittany Spears. BS is too basic smelling, nothing special to me at all. I did smell Rogue a long time ago and HATEF it but I’m hearing positive things now so I wanna try it again years later before I make my final decision. I am curious about the Adam Levine one tho . I absolutely hated Adam Levine s perfume too it was disgusting to me, what came into my head when i sprayed it was that it smelt like a dirty mechanic shop to me Lol I wonder if anyone else got that when they smelt it, i really think that I'm not keen on perfumes that have leather or too much sandalwood in them and I dont get how anyone smells sweetness in this it was so YUK !!! And i also got rid of Sofia immediately its not that I didn't like the scent, the dry down had a yukky ending to it on my skin and i don't like Rogue its the suede that killed it for me Another great tutorial👏👏 👏

I could not get over Rihanna Rogue, it smelled like cigarettes and plastic to me. Gave me a headache. Very polarizing indeed. I might be basic but my signature scent has been Dior's J'adore.
I just bought SJP Lovely and I don't smell rose AT ALL! I looked it up on fragrantica and rose isn't even a note in it. It has a slight grandma vibe in the opening but smells amazing after the opening. Very classy. I smell the lavender and woody notes more than anything else.

Well lovely does not havd any rose in it I dont love it but I like the lavender and woodes notes there is to much musk in it and I am not a fan of very musky perfume I gave lovely to my 17 year old daugther and she gave it back to me she hates it haha I use lovely as a bed scent relaxing to me an Sofia by Sofia Vegra I did not like it thought it was ok but nothing I needed to have. I bought the Sofia by Sofia Perfume recently and it wasn’t what I was expecting . I’m going get rid of it too. I’m 49 and I actually tend to like mature smelling scents but this was even too mature my old self . 😂 To me it almost had a rotten scent. Like spoiled red wine or something just gross. On first sniff I thought it was ok but as soon as I sprayed it the true “ stank” enveloped me. Worst part is it just wouldn’t go away. I had to shower ad change my lines, and wash the clothes I was wearing . It made me so sick with headache , nausea and upset stomach. I wish I knew someone who has already tried it and likes it because I’ve got a huge bottle but I feel bad giving it to anyone I love. 😂

I tried again when Very Good Girl came out and that one was drastically different enough to wear well on me. Love kills slowly smells super similar to Kate Spade New York. I ended up passing my Kate Spade onto my daughter because I felt like I been there done that.

I love rose perfumes and I'm always in search of the next perfect rose dominant fragrance. However, "Narciso Rodriguez" smells like dirty linen. You're right not to buy Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely" because they do smell highly similar. For the bragging rights of having a Narciso fragrance I might be all for it but if one wants a youthful, fruity, musky sweet rose one can try "Rose Rush" by Paris Hilton if one does not mind celebrity scents.
I am the same way with my perdumes, I try not to declutter any of my fragrances because I feel like some day I will like them. Living in the tropical weather of PR and loving gourmands not always works, so some of the perfumes smell weird but I have decided to save them and try them again in the Cooler months and some of the work, but if they dont then I put them aside but it takes me forever to declutter them.

Uh oh I blind bought the SJP-Lovely perfume based off the review from CurlyScents… Now I’m nervous 😭😭… I didn’t like the Sofia perfume at first. But the more I kept smelling it I fell in love.. i received tons of compliments wearing it. But I def don’t wear it much because it isn’t my fav. It’s the most masculine I’ll go in terms of perfume. If that makes since haha! I’ll stick to my sweet, floraly, gourmand smells. But you always have to mix it up sometimes which is why I keep the Sofia one 🙂

I love rose perfumes and I'm always in search of the next perfect rose dominant fragrance. However, "Narciso Rodriguez" smells like dirty linen. You're right not to buy Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely" because they do smell highly similar. For the bragging rights of having a Narciso fragrance I might be all for it but if one wants a youthful, fruity, musky sweet rose one can try "Rose Rush" by Paris Hilton if one does not mind celebrity scents.

I am the same way with my perdumes, I try not to declutter any of my fragrances because I feel like some day I will like them. Living in the tropical weather of PR and loving gourmands not always works, so some of the perfumes smell weird but I have decided to save them and try them again in the Cooler months and some of the work, but if they dont then I put them aside but it takes me forever to declutter them.

Uh oh I blind bought the SJP-Lovely perfume based off the review from CurlyScents… Now I’m nervous 😭😭… I didn’t like the Sofia perfume at first. But the more I kept smelling it I fell in love.. i received tons of compliments wearing it. But I def don’t wear it much because it isn’t my fav. It’s the most masculine I’ll go in terms of perfume. If that makes since haha! I’ll stick to my sweet, floraly, gourmand smells. But you always have to mix it up sometimes which is why I keep the Sofia one 🙂

Perfumes are subjective. Im sure my favorite perfumes, some people probably hate. Its not meant to be offensive, its simply my opinion. Whether you agree or not is all up to you. I cant please everyone nor do i want to🤷🏻♀️😊

Maybe an advise to look into unisex perfumes? I'm not sure what type of fragrances you like otherwise I might know some recommendations; general women's perfumes and unisex 😊
