@@bryanharrison3889 Both have their weaknesses and strengths. Both are excellent bass players, though I would agree that David is the more creative of the players. Though as far as the voice is concerned, I'm not sure. I absolutely love Steve's vocals from FFttF and GtA, and I actually think he sounds better on Kingdoms, even if the music was lackluster. David, however, has a certain uniqueness to his tone and presentation that Steve doesn't quite capture, so I think I would maybe give a slight edge to David.
That fucking hat, though.
And welcome back to Blasphemer! Missed him since his departure from Mayhem.. He still makes great metal music - though you can clearly hear his black metal influenced riffs...
Ex-Mayhem + Ex-Morbid Angel = Can't go wrong. Rune is a hell of a songwriter.
Ok, that's actually pretty awesome, Morbid Angel influenced DM and Blasphemer playing typical Blasphemer riffs, sounds pretty good and David Vincent hasn't sounded this good in a long time.

I came here for Blasphemer, but holy shit the others are delivering too! So we have a Morbid Angel, Mayhem/Aura Noir and Cryptopsy supergroup? Loving what I hear, reminiscent of the Blasphemer-era Mayhem in places.
This is in my opinion one of the best death metal albums in a decade without a doubt...great lineup
This album is a grower. Pick it up, you won't be disappointed. Great artwork too.

OH SHIT! This is fucking good. Exactly what I needed! I loved Blasphemer's guitar work with Mayhem. I hear a lot of Voivod in his playing, which is a good thing. I'm super pumped for this album. Flo fucking slays on this track. I suspect this band will be my favorite new band.
