A little info about my kpop journey:
In May 2022 I randomly happened upon a fancam of Bang Chan from Stray Kids and immediately got sucked into the kpop rabbithole.
Before this I had only heard a few kpop songs (read: BigBang - Bang Bang Bang and Fantastic Baby, Super Junior - Sorry Sorry, Shinee - Ring Ding Dong and Lucifer, F(x) - Red Light and Electric Shock and last but not least PSY - Gangnam Style) but had never looked deeper into it.
Now I'm here and I primarily follow Ateez, Stray Kids and religiously but I'm also very interested in a lot of other groups (Hongjoong, I'm sorry)

Thank you for introducing this music video. I am so happy to see a K-pop boy group and a J- pop boy group collaborating together.
I highly recommend watching BeFirst's “Mainstream” and “Masterplan”. Sota, who is a member of BeFirst, sings rap in a deep voice in this music videos. He is a top-level dancer and choreographer in Japan, and he choreographed their dances, blending popping and hip-hop in a very unique style.
BeFirst is produced by SKY-HI, who also has a collaborative project called D.U.N.K., which featured a live event with Ateez last year. SKY-HI is a genius at artist collaborations.
Additionally, SKY-HI produced Mazzel last year. They are an amazing group as well. I recommend you watch their songs “Counterattack” and “Parade”.

The collaboration between BE: FIRST and ATEEZ is amazing. This collaboration started when ATEEZ appeared at "D.U.N.K.Showcase KYOCERA DOME OSAKA" by SKY-HI,the CEO of the company :BMSG that BE:FIRST is belong .
So Mingi and Hongoong performed rap collaboration songs with other groups ‘s rappers (including SKY-HI of CEO and rappers ,and BE:FIRST's Ryouki). I went to that live show, and it was so cool. It has been a long-standing dream of SKY-HI to interact like this beyond the boundaries of the group. I think it is might borders and genre barriers that ATEEZ is breaking in the video of this MV. " We don't need shields and spears. “ I guessed as if he was saying, "Just enjoy the music."
K-pop and J-pop are also losing barriers, so SKY-HI used to say that if he dare to classify it, he ‘ll call it A (Asian)-pop .

@@michellemadsenreacts, I’m a BESTY living in the states, and went to see BE:FIRST live performance as an opening act at Ateez’s concert in LA. They were absolutely amazing!! They were taller than I expected, and their performance was so big!!! My seat was far from the stage, but I felt their incredible energy! And of course their vocals, rap, and dance were stunning!! 😍 I hope you will check more BF’s contents out soon❣️They won’t disappoint you! 😘
