Garrett, it is so nice to see someone else who I view as a professional crafter struggle with the vinyl too! You both are so entertaining and I have learned so much from you both! Both signs turned out amazing!
The word board.....never have I tripped BUT I have tipped.🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have laughed all the way thru...you two sure had fun with the pop dots on your flip flops. Thought for sure Garrett was going to get the stencil stuck to everything, and he pretty much did..😝😝😝...all in all, both are really cute. My fave the pop dot flip flop...love the colors. Like Garrett's too...wanna bite?? 🤪🤪🤪
Hi Kim and Garrett - Two great projects. I like them both, but the flip flop one, is my favorite - so creative and cute. Thanks for giving us some Cricut ideas. I'm a newbee to the Cricut, but I think I could do this project with your great instruction. Thanks for sharing and continued success. Love PegEgg
I did not understand the tip part on your sign .... then Kim fixed it & I was like .... oh yea! Funny! Love the signs!! I made one similar last weekend! Hugs from Texas.
Lol 👍🏾great video.....I like videos where the mistakes are not edited out. It helps more when you show what not to do and where to be careful..... you know like sticking stencils together 🤣 we have all been there....
Love them both but the flip flops are my favorite. Reminds me of growing up in Ft Lauderdale, FL. and the beach was one of my favorite places to go!! And love the saying on your board LOL
Both are super cute! I use the Oracle stencil vinyl all the time.....tip for using it so you don’t take off any of the paint or stain from your project surface is to place the stencil on a fabric surface (T-shirt or towel) and then lift it off. Do that several times and it will take a lot of the stickiness off but you’ll still be able to use it on your project. 😊
...I don't get angry at the bills I have to pay.. Can we start playing a game where we finish the next line of a song that Garrett is singing?! Great video!! I totally want to try this out with my Cricut!
I love flip flops! I must have about 25 pair and thanks for another fun sign video. I look forward to these. I might have to give the flop sign a go. Have a great weekend guys!
Gah! Cute! The watermelon just makes me think of my summers as a kid coming home from the swimming pool and having a big slice 🍉 the flip flops are stinkin’ cute too, I especially like that they are 3D. You guys never disappoint😁
I have a silhouette cameo three and I think I could maybe do that flip flop on it but I have to go in change the setting and it looked like it was super easy to do it on the cricket like just changing the blade is it really that easy? Thanks for sharing loved the cricket for cash!!!’
About the time the stencil messed up for Garrett his brain said alright I am done I am cutting this out on the GF. Love the large round do you have that file for sale ? What settings did you use?
I'm curious how much you sell your 18" finished pieces? I also have tons of questions about your glowforge. But I'll stick with two for now... how thick can you cut (mdf vs birch ply) and do you have a referral code?
Hi Tiffany! I let it dry all the way and Kim hit it with the heat gun to make sure it was dry. The first time I put my stencil down, the paint was still damp-ish.
Love the message board behind Garrett.
Lol thanks!

Yes! Thats what he did the second time, it helped a LOT! 🥰
I think I will try cutting the chipboard on the glowforge... 12 passes on the cricut seems cray!
Garrett cut the Flip Flops out of 1/4" mdf on the Glowforge in less time than it took me to do them on the Cricut.
What a inspiration guys awesome design
Glad you think so!
Super cute!
Thank you! Cheers!

I’m feeling so inspired!
WOW, I have seen others use parchment paper under part of the vinyl and laying down only 1/4 t0 1/2 at a time. And, yes, I have done this too. Lol
Ohhh that's a good idea
I love this flip flop welcome project! Can I ask where did you get the chipboard? Love all your projects!!! You guys are GREAT!!!! Thanks!
Thanks so much! Michaels
In love

Yesit is! !
Best guess about the amount of time or the “touch test” to determine when you remove stencil vinyl from wood?
yep!
❤️❤️❤️
About the time the stencil messed up for Garrett his brain said alright I am done I am cutting this out on the GF. Love the large round do you have that file for sale ? What settings did you use?
LOVE both of these, what type of paint did you use for the red on the watermelon? Also, what font did you use for the word 'summer'?
We used Unicorn spit! and It's in our giant sign video!
I'm curious how much you sell your 18" finished pieces? I also have tons of questions about your glowforge. But I'll stick with two for now... how thick can you cut (mdf vs birch ply) and do you have a referral code?
Garrett-what did you do to prevent the white paint from peeling up after you repainted it?
Hi Tiffany! I let it dry all the way and Kim hit it with the heat gun to make sure it was dry. The first time I put my stencil down, the paint was still damp-ish.
Kim did you put modge podge or spray over those flip-flops? Or is it ok as is? I am working on it this weekend.
IT was ok without it but a clear coat never hurts
❤️😊👍🏼
Today at work, I had to call a guy's name to pick up his order. His name was Brad. Yes, I said," the guy not the nail."
Hahahaha what a guy!
Cannot watch Garrett....
Sorry :(
