Cold War had by far the most broken perks and system ever. And imo that made it so damn awesome. Becoming a literal god was so fun: so much health and heal speed & reload speed, your movement speed with staminup+PHD was the fastest I think you could move in a CoD game, your lethality was insane with with Deadshot, E-Pop, and Mule Kick, and you never were surprised by a zombie with your Death perception. If Zombie chronicles 3 came out on Cold War, it’d be the best thing Treyarch will have done ever for a CoD zombie experience

The dark aether camo grind is long and intense (and i grinded it before even the second map released) and getting on all the extra guns released post base game also made it long, but deadshot made it super easy to do the headshot run. not to mention its insane damage boost.

True, although it depends how long it takes for teammates to end the round. Especially on high rounds or Easter egg run. Otherwise you'd usually never get your tombstone back, definitely if teammates are far away from your death. I like tombstone and who's who but both are hit or miss. As the maps didn't allow for the perks to use the best of their ability. At least it's goated in CW.
I really love this review! Presidential meme aside I love how you went on with rating these perks! Most normal tier lists I see never take time to rank bo4 perks by their modifiers and so most perks are at B or below. I commend you for knowing your facts.
Some stuff was missed when discussing the bo4 perks. Quick revive caused your health to regen sooner after being hit, and regen faster. Deadshot dealer also tightens hipfire spread just like the cold war variant. Blaze phase is a guaranteed insta kill no matter the round and is helpful for reaching high rounds. The wolf modifier also grants small bonus points and special weapon refills. Secret sauce is the cheapest perk to obtain and if you want to change which perk it gave you, you can just buy it again from the machine without the need to down yourself to remove it. It quite literally allows you to change up your play style a little or a lot during a game depending on how many slots you put it in, and can make some pretty fun matches running only it.

Can’t believe you out Double Tap in C tier it increases damage on all weapons including the wonder weapons, but comes in clutch when you can’t get one out the box and have to use normal weapons
Bo4 deadshot is S tier. If you put it on your modifier, as long as you have 5 consecutive headshots, all your damage is doubled. You can kill 5 basic zombies then laser a blightfather in seconds. The only issue is that all the AATs mess up the modifier.
