Ur recipe is really good. But you are keeping the chicken directly to the LPG flame which is really very very harmful to your body. Charcoal flame is good and even while using charcoal flame there r certain steps which should be followed so that it doesn't harm us. And this is Petroleum Gas which you are using. Please try to avoid doing that sister. Please don't mind me saying this. Thankyou

I just want to point out two mistakes in the recipe, being a punjabi, a sardarni, Traditionally & authentically, Kasoori Methi” is not an ingredient used in tandoori chicken and only mustard oil is used & no other oil. Reason being that the smoky charred flavour that you get in tandoori chicken is lent by mustard oil. If you use any other oil, you won’t get the same original smoky flavour. Also, you can use any cut of the chicken, just leg is not a necessity. The tandoori chicken that consists only of leg is known as Tangdi Kabab
