I have been watching Can Am videos on TH-cam for the past couple of years and weighing up if I would treat myself to a retirement present of one in a couple of years time. If you passed your UK car test before 2019 then yes you can. BUT as with any new legislation, it will take time to all settle down and some are having problems with insurance so always check with your dealer and insurer!
