Long time carX player here, if you have the sequential gearbox setting on, and you choose to have full Manual w/clutch settings, you can still shift without the clutch, so long as you remember to drop your gearshift delay to .20.
This also only of course applies to cars with ProD3 tuning abilities, because any lower, you cannot tune the shift delay obviously.

“Steer with your gas and your breaks”
I like to set my break bias up front which will keep the momentum of my back end going out, helps it’s making deeper angles. Just tap your break and slam the gas as your hitting the apex of your drift.
I also only run semi slicks during multiplayer because I’d rather lay off the gas when I have to avoid passing than struggle to chase.
Idk if it’s an appropriate terminology but when I have to angle in to catch I driver I call it “diving” idk why always have

I always spun out when try to hold a drift in 3rd gear on my miata
Adjusting the Ackerman angle on the front wheels should help you from spinning, lower the front Ackerman and you should have more control with the front wheels, higher Ackerman will let the front wheels slide out more!

It needs to be upgraded to pro drift 3 before you can adjust it I believe
@@BroghammerAutohausInc I have a question too. When I use arrows for my controls my car goes sideways even at the lightest touch
I use my ebrake as clutch a quick tab and all good plus you press the clutch in anyway when you pull the ebrake
I use the giroscope, manual, clutch and sensitive tolders to drift, is a little bit harder drift with this controls but keep trainin' and u convert in the best drifter holmes 💯💯💥

Man I keep spinning out when getting an ideal drift. There is a super fine line that I cant control it out of the spin out. What do I do when it starts to spin out??

What do u use ur clutch for and like what purpose does it serve since you don’t use it to shift
Basically just if I get in a sticky situation when chasing in competition and I need to clutch kick to keep the wheels spinning in a certain gear. I don’t use it a lot with my driving in general, it’s just nice to have it there if you need it.

Sequential is sucha assist for whom using clutch but dont wanna clutch for gearing, just for the technique. So basicly u won't need to clutch to gearing if u have clutch button enabled, while in manual u need to hold on clutch to change gear. I'm a sequential user anyway. I'm enabling clutch to help me not oversteer in sharp turns

How do you smoke green ?
How do you get your car to get more DP points? Is it designs and logos on the car or is it the upgrades on the car? I have a Corvette completely upgraded painted,.stickered and logo out but will not get as much as the Wild Runner with just plain silver paint an 2 stickers lol why is this? The Black Jackk still brings the most DP even when the car is bare solid color. So is it the car itself? If so what will bring the most? Thanks again and sorry so many questions lol.

What's the difference between sequential and manual? I use manual without a clutch and have been doing better than with automatic
Sequential doesn’t require use of a clutch to shift, I bet with manual and no clutch there’s a lot of delay between gear changes, in sequential the gear changes happen immediately!

Bro what's the difference between those steering assist types? 2 and 3 to be specific.
To be honest I’m not completely sure, i use 3 but not sure what the differences are unfortunately
Assistant type 2 seems to be easier to do 360 compared to type 3, I'm guessing type 2 might be just lesser steering assistance, type 3 makes drifting much smoother

I just started this game I rather use the arrows like you do but am still having a hard time trying to drift do you have a videos where I can learn when to turn press the brake and all that good stuff I love drifting games I just came across this one

The E brake locks up your back wheels and the brake pedal slows all 4 wheels, I don’t use the brake pedal much unless I need to slow down really fast.

how to get different smoke colors (like green in yours game etc?)
Go to the paint section in the garage, then click the parts tab and scroll all the way down to smoke and you can select any color

The Miata is a good starter car! If anything save up money to get a good tier two car when you can!
On a phone its best to use automatic but on pc or wheel or controller you should use manual
I would have to disagree, manual on the mobile game gives you a huge advantage over automatic

I can't get my car to slide out it always pulls me to the inside of a turn so I can't do the banks turns could you do a set-up explanation to explain what each thing does and how it effects the car
It sounds like you may have too much grip in the rear end, look at some of my vehicle tuning videos and see if those help you! I will make another tips and tricks video in a couple weeks to update some new tune ideas I have.

It’s for the angle at which the steering can turn.
Can someone tell me how to get colored smoke?
It’s in the paint section, go to parts and scroll all the way down to smoke
4:21 what is the fucntion of linearity?
Linearity means how much does the steering wheel turn in game, compared to the input you do by turning your own steering wheel(your phone for this example).
How do you Drift longer like going near the walls for a long time?
I plan to make a how to drift updated video soon, usually to ride a wall you need to reduce the angle a little bit so you can get to the outside edge of the track.

Just don’t.Go with gyro or wheel,it’s much easier.

you can challenge them to an XDS Tandem by typing in their full in game username!
What is the difference between the manual and the 3rd one?
In manual gearbox you can skip gears for exp: if you are driving on 2nd gear you can skip to 4th gear
But in sequential or (the 3rd one) you can't skip gears which makes it smoother
I've always been so good at practically any game I play but this game is eating me alive, I suck sooo so bad, can't even think about tandem, I need a lot of practice - _-
How did you changed the color of smoke please tell
Go to your garage, then to paint, and scroll down on the tab that starts with “body paint” you’ll see smoke toward the bottom

Go to your garage, click on “paint” towards the bottom right of the screen next to “body kits” then you’ll see a scroll bar up and down the left side of the screen, scroll down that until you see “smoke”. Then select a color, that’s it.
how will you know what tyre your opponent is using before the start of the race?
You can go back and look at their qualifying run or a run from a previous round. Otherwise it’s a guessing game for the first run.
What’s does clutch does ?
It’s the same as a clutch in real life , it disengages the transmission when pressed.

I have a controls video but I use arrows steering and assistant 3 in settings.
my problem is if i drift right or left my car just steers on its own and i just cant get around a corner or smth. (im new to the game) and if i try to get less speed my i loose my drift

I haven’t played on tilt much so I really don’t know. My suggestion for this game would be switch to arrows with the steering assistant III and you’ll enjoy it.

I always find it difficult to rolling smoothly in an "east toge" especially. Sometimes it really fast & banged my car to wall. If I slow it down a little, I'll miss the chance of extra point.
I felt envy to my opponent that has better speed. Even though they were in tier 3 car 500 hp and I was in tier 5 610 hp.

I don’t know what the differences are and I’m not sure they release what is a part of each one but I will look into it and if there’s enough info I will make a video
@@BroghammerAutohausInc I have seen alot of good drifters in carx 2 use assistant version 2 so i also started using it and i dont have any problems with it but i kinda feel like it gives me more control over the car compared to assist version 3

Either bumper tap the wall lightly or go close to the wall for a while, if you click the blue “i” logo by the kiss the wall achievement it will tell you!

Yes I play on iPhone, maybe your graphics settings are different than mine? I don’t have a very new iPhone either, mine is a few years old.

Just go to tuning and give it a bunch of camber and lower the springs all the way down

I use manual sequential so it doesn’t require clutch but I use the clutch to keep drift if the car starts to bog down in a corner or in chase!
No matter how many videos I watch I will not be able to drift my brain is slow asf I can't even use 3 fingers for cod mobile I'm thinking about quitting video games these games nowadays require to much bs have to perfect sliding and jumps hitting on cod mobile jsut to win a match it's complete BS

pure skill issue
Practice on a lower horsepower car in the 350-500 range. I’d pick one thing to practice exclusively at a time starting with throttle control. Then practice your clutch/foot break use to maintain your angles then practice flicking.

Bro what is the right air pressure of the tires?
The rear tires I run around 150-200kpa but usually 200 unless I need more grip! 200kp on the front tires too!
Okay bro but I only have Tier 1 cars and those cars has a lack on horse power
Can your option work on Tier 1 cars?
I’d go to 250 max and if you still have too much grip just add more negative camber to the rear suspension.

how do you clutch drift
Change your settings to manual with clutch and you’ll have a clutch to use! I set the gearbox to sequential so I don’t have to clutch to shift every time!
