To remove the idler/tensioner pulleys for the Power Steering or Aircon belt's undo the big 24mm? nuts on the bolts. You's were trying to adjust the tension tighter by turning the bolt not the nut.. lol great video though boys! keep up the good work, keen to see more videos on this weapon.
