- Today I'm ripping the brand new 2023 Select blasters! Panini added a new Mezzanine level this year, so the base set is bigger. And there are new #'d Purple Flash and Blue Flash parallels.

That first blaster was like a dream blaster, Wemby, auto, and numbered 😮
I actually like the variety here! I know the design is getting a lot of hate but from what I’ve seen these aren’t all that bad 👊🏼

I’ve always loved Select, even the dull blue because it was something different. This is a good change up too without being too crazy. Very pricey though for what you get and too hard to collect anything above concourse. Way too expensive in Australia too which is disappointing. Love your channel, thanks for the review!
Yeah, Select is definitely not a good set for set-builders. And I definitely prefer the mega boxes with the cracked ice.
I just ripped a 2023-24 Revolution Chinese New Year box. Pulled an emerald Jalen Green /88.

@@SageTheCollector opened a select mega (2022-2023) and wow! First time I got a box with really little base, mainly all inserts and cracked ice. Love select lol.

Thanks again for the deal! The Mezzanine cards are the same blue as the other levels. I just happened to get two regular chrome Mezzanines for some reason. I still don't get that. 🤷🏼♂️

Excellent Video, The Premier Level almost looks like a mis-cut card with the Logo, Photo, and Player name all on one half of the card.

I dont know what to feel about the new select. The designs are a bit confusing but the inserts look great imo. Nice pulls and PC pickups!
Man I'm hyped for the new Select and Optic, hopefully it's waaay easier to get than Prizm was, still have yet to find a single mega in stores to date, and 0/100 online as well.
Yeah, Prizm has been impossible to find after the initial drop
I bought one box and got a Brandon Miller thunderlane /99 and a Victor wembanyama base rookie. I think i got insanely lucky 😭

Yeah, I don't think it's any better or worse than last year. They added more cards to the base set, but they also add two numbered parallels.

Select sucks unless you pull numbered. They ruined it when they made select retail all Blue. That just gave them more room to mass print this stuff. Unless your chasing or early rip and sell, these will not be worth it IMO. Hence last year's NBA select still on Target
This year may be different because of Wemby. We'll see.
@@SageTheCollector yeah your right, I got 3 blasters from Target but I really hate the blue select. Last years select nba was a joke. total waste. They added mezzanine level. another level to print more. I just dont like anyting about these Select product.
