@@TobyAtwood No kidding. It kind of got out of hand. I had originally intended to amass a complete set of Imperial minifigs, but it expanded to GAR personnel by default.

I have all of those sets too and I think they look great together aswell. Your build for their base looks very cool and I love it, it gives me Fallout 3 vibes.
WELCOME TO THE G.A.R i recommend getting all the 332nd and 501st battle packs as well as the clone and droid battle packs and buying a few more y wings to resell the figure to a Bricks and Minifigs store to trade it for more troops!!

Just keep steadily growing, conserve your money for what you want most, and be patient when waiting for sales or deals on retired items. Best of luck, brother!
With enough patience, you can accomplish it. Sales will come, retired Troopers will occasionally be listed for cheaper or you’ll find a guy who takes a low offer. Just always be watching for a deal. I’ll stalk a certain Clone or set for several months to save 20 bucks.
I really reccomend you the AT-TE walker, I recently bought it and it's soo amazing. If you have any money laying around than definitely pick it up anyways good luck with your army. FOR THE REPUBLIC!
Cool video. I remember loving the lego clones when i was younger. I would buy cheap off brand china clones just because I wanted a lot so I could build cool fight scenes.

Mostly newer ones, just one pack of the pre-helmet hole 501sts, two older P1s, though one's got a busted hip so I put him on a Stretcher piece for now. I haven't counted my droids but it's a little bit more than that. Probably gonna cap at 40-50 at the most 'cause 30 already looks like a lot one the shelf I've got 'em on.
Great army you got there man! Welcome to the clone boys. I myself have started getting back into lego around 2020 again after not getting legos since childhood and have amassed a decent army of lego dudes of various kinds. It's a fun hobby but it sure is expensive. Your army is lookin great so far!
Also if you want clones get the Clones and Battle Droids Battle Pack. It's a lil expensive but has like 4 clones and 2 battle droids plus 2 super battle droids. It's a great deal!
@@TobyAtwood Definitely would recommend, I got two of them when it came out! Its a great deal I love the Phase 2 Regs and the Shock Troopers. The Super Battle droids and reg Battle Droids are cool too ofc. You even get a speeder and a Octo-droid!

i have two 501st battle packs too
I don't really want to have too many of specific classes clones more would like clean slates to class myself like the Ashoka ones are
If you end up with anymore of the 501st battle packs and 332nd you can helmet swap to get some 501st regs and 332nd heavies and specialists
