Nice detailed and thorough job like always. You have lots of experience and knowledge in the field and it shows with your work. Cool to watch. Thanks for sharing the video and stay safe out there bud.
Gotta love the old lennox surelight control boards to. I've had them send phantom voltage to gas valves before...learned that lesson real quick after replacing a gas valve that didnt need replacing. 🤣
In the heat season. Ive been going out on a quite few 90% trane furnaces maintenance or service calls. Some are single stage, others are 2 stage. On some of them, There is corrosion inside burner chamber and inside primary heat exchanger. Gas pressure good. No carbon monoxide readings. Flame looks good. With inspection camera, no seeing any rust or cracks on outside of heat exchanger clam shell. Is there something going on with secondary heat exchanger?
Drainage trap for furnace could be blocked or the secondary could be clogged causing poor draft from the inducer. If you hear water splashing in the inducer you have a drain issue.
I gather you're not a fan of the universal parts. For me if it's in warranty OEM all day, but out of warranty we give the homeowner the option of a universal part or OEM. They typically will choose the less expensive part.

Now if only you can get wire manufacturers to change the 2 wire colors you'd be golden. Lol

It depends on the part. Some are way better than others.
