I do appreciate his inclusion, but now that I’ve thoroughly played all of Ultrakill, the boss in AUT could have been a lot cooler. Being able to cheese him by keeping distance is exactly what you can’t do since Minos can instantly teleport to you with multiple moves and is known for his difficulty. Bosses in general seem underwhelming in this game but this one especially bothers me
Better solution; Make it that his moves are blockable except for the moves like the overhead, uppercut, and crush. And make that spam rush move a bit slower to be more of a combo tool. AND THEN to make it seem like REAL Minos Prime, Apply a Lock on feature, in which every move when holding [Insert easy press Key] will be 1.25x slower but INSTANTLY appear infront of your enemy. The Downside to this is the move is put on a double cooldown. (I myself don't Play AUT anymore, but i do Fondly remember how the game works so this may be still broken)
“Minos can instantly teleport to you with multiple moves.” Well yes, but actually no. He doesn’t have any special abilities, he is just that @&#$@$ strong, When he does judgment, he just power walks to you so fast it looks like teleportation. The explosions are his strength.
Eh, AUT doesn't have the smoothness, sheer fun and mechanics to make Minos Prime's bossfight even close to being good and accurate. *Especially nowadays lol*

also one of the reasons why this boss is hard as hell is because in ultrakill minos says his voicelines before he does his attacks while in aut he says his voicelines while he does his attacks so you pretty much must have perfect reaction time
I think there’s going to be a dark souls spec because by the waterfall to get to the little village, there’s a cave with a bonfire. Interacting with it takes you to kiln of the first flame.
I have 3 strategies for Minos Prime. If you have more tell them in the comments: - Fight him alone in the place with the dummies, spam gun and that’s that. - Fight him with two or more people and a CD. One person goes to the boss and switches to the other when low, then the CD heals and repeat. - Fight him with two or more people and a D4C LT. Just attack like a crazy person and when the D4C has its Love Train ready, let the boss attack him.
Minos prime can full health when you do a thing 1. If you die or some people are die, it will reset the health 2. If minos lost the target (means you) he will reset the health It is require to solo than squad
yeah I honestly wish to remove the heating part as well or at least only hear about 5% so I can try to probably deal with this box so I can get the spec

They're both designed differently, as an actual boss in Allusions and as a player ability in AUT. Ofc it'd be broken if we import Allusion's Minos into AUT without Allusions's boss environment (though I'd still be happy because it's Minos)
I farmed this boss during my grind for P//S (and for tradable SS specs) For anybody curious, you can perfect block his judgement kick by blocking about half of a second after he initially crouches, and you can deflect his "Thy End Is Now" attack with your brawlers instinct if you back up enough to get it off right before he hits you (I would say far enough away that it takes him three punches to reach you, activating the counter at the end of the first punch). Dunno if this is helpful or not, but I hope it is.
note 1: that "fireball" is a snake, actually note 2: iirc, the awakening boosts dmg and possibly m1 speed. i might be trippin though stupid cheese strategy: Minos will stop chasing you about up to the first bridge from the waterfall entrance. I had a CD stay there and heal me whenever I got low, since Minos is so easy to run from. When he went back to his arena (for me, ig) he did not heal any health back. Only took ~20 minutes; I suck at the game so this is best I could do. I don't know why he didn't heal upon returning to his spawn.
a little tip for those who tried this method once you gain distance look at his hands left will be the snake move (im sorry ultrakill fans if idk the move) right hand for the 4 dash. I learned this from personal experience
There's an easier way to fight him imo, you can get some hits on him and then lure him off the map, but you have to do make sure he falls with you as well or he's going back to the arena.
here what i found on soul survivor movesets 1. the orange homing fist - just block (if you can time it 2. judgement- dodge it or parry 3.crush- Dodge or parry 4.thy end is now - block and when the final hit dash away
- minos prime spawns where the gojo boss did before, every hour, roughly - minos prime has permanent hyperarmor, meaning he does not take stun, he cannot be ragdolled, and he cannot be grabbed - minos prime will heal if a player who has attacked him respawns or dies, based on how many players have attacked him (less players = more heal) - minos prime gains increased defense depending on how many players are attacking him, gaining a 20% increase in defense for each player starting from the second, till he reaches 90% total defense, this goes down if those players are no longer fighting him - minos prime will permanently awaken if at or below 50% HP - minos prime takes 3x stun from being parried the criteria for obtaining Soul Survivor is as follows 1. only the person who did the highest amount of damage can obtain the ability 2. if that person who did the highest amount of damage is not using standless, they are not counted. as no one else is considered besides the person who dealt the most damage, this means that no one will get the ability 3. if the person who did the highest amount of damage is using standless, they will obtain the ability with a 100% chance with no RNG involved THIS IS IN THE DISCORD AUT SERVER

I got it within 15 minutes of joining the game for the first time. How you ask? Well, I`ve found him randomly and was fighting him with standless (since I didnt have any other spec) and this man just forgor that he can heal after he kills me and wasnt healing at all, thus allowing me to kill him in like 4 attempts 💀

Man, AUT really turned into more of a 2D fighting game but in 3D... That overhead R move while in the air? That's fighting game mechanics, except AUT has cooldowns.
One thing people make my blood boil is when they go fight minos prime as a stand user trying to literally kill him or the swarm of 5 idiots trying to "kill" him but they fail because they keep hitting each other and dont know how to press the button block.

all i used was pistol, m1, awakening, and counter u just parry 2-4 m1 repeat till u have required heat for pistol or awakening always circle him while u m1 so he dosent upercut if u hear the ting noise just block bc its either a upercut or thy end is now and repeat till u bully him to death by parrying everything he got

Man, AUT really turned into more of a 2D fighting game but in 3D... That overhead R move while in the air? That's fighting game mechanics, except AUT has cooldowns.

One thing people make my blood boil is when they go fight minos prime as a stand user trying to literally kill him or the swarm of 5 idiots trying to "kill" him
but they fail because they keep hitting each other and dont know how to press the button block.
Fun fact from Minos prime and his spec: These 2 things its from a cool game (not from roblox) called ULTRAKILL
Tip: use d4c lt against him, he does a lot, which means that this damage will also return to him. By the way, I kill diovolo like that, very easily.

If you go outside the arena and across the bridge there's a bug so even if u die he doesn't regen so that's a good tip

Yeah, they added a OP invincible boss that heal to full HP after someone dies and you need a private server to kill + u need to kill him with the worst spec. Definitly better than YBa

all i used was pistol, m1, awakening, and counter u just parry 2-4 m1 repeat till u have required heat for pistol or awakening always circle him while u m1 so he dosent upercut if u hear the ting noise just block bc its either a upercut or thy end is now and repeat till u bully him to death by parrying everything he got

The easiest way i found to kill him is aggrovate him run away then wait for that barrage move (e move) then block then m1 him then runaway and repeat.
Wait why and how is your character is normal when you equip soul survivor??
