Swimming is fun! It is the best exercise you can do! And it is low impact on the body! When I joined Special Olympics, it was a very loveable supported community! And even though the season got canceled, I look forward to coming back and see the community again!☺️❤️ I have been working out hard on my swimming training, and I’ve been crushing my swimming times and have been reaching my goals!
