It's something that we portuguese are quite good at, speaking a lot of diferent languages and being able to hide our natural accent. We learn english in school obviously... But i dont think there are any other country that does it so easilly, latin speaking countries or not. I could be biased but im not the patriotic type at all, its a fact u could check for yourself by going to Portugal vs countries where english is terrible like Spain, France or italy....or weak like central and eastern europe. Well i normally give praises to the dutch and scandinavian people they are also good, but not as good imho. :)

I'm really proud of my country, I think they found 3 amazing hosts. Unfortunately Catarina Furtado comes off as really awkward and stilted. Hopefully it won't bring the whole thing down...

I think it's fine that RTP wants to reward their most popular hosts but they are making a huge mistake choosing people who can't speak english very well, especially Catarina, her english is terrible! I wonder if she learned it with Zézé Camarinha... Filomena and Daniela were enough imo!

Four hosts? That’s way too many. One or two is enough in my opinion. Otherwise they become forgettable due to the lack of individual screen time.

Having one good host is much better than having four mediocre hosts. Petra Mede is an excellent example of that.
How can you already know that they are mediocre? Shouldn't we wait until the end of the final to judge them?
Carla Moreira Sorry, I should have worded myself a little differently. What I was trying to say is that one good host performance is better than 4 mediocre host performances. And it’s my subjective view that a hosts performance gets worse the less screen time they have. And in my subjective view there is just enough screen time for two host in Eurovision in order to make it a good performance.
They already confirmed that Filomena will be in the greenroom so i'm pretty sure they will handled that very well.And to be honest although i think Petra and Mans were really confortable on stage, their jokes were a little bit pretentious and forced.I like when humor is done in a more natural and crazy way.
