Finally finished with this review, had to rewrite the script a few times cause I wasn't satisfied with it. Plus I felt that since this is Paw Patrol's 10th Anniversary that I would do this review in 2023 rather than 2022. If you ask me Canada should've waited till 2023 to release this, apologies for waiting a month to do this review.
And also, I have a sci fi series plan with paw patrol in it. And in the final episode, including some crossover characters, all the pups and cats will have to fight against an alien power and one of their( yeah, shocking, but not saying who) will it be well received? This episode was one of the most legendary Paw Patrol episodes ever! It has all the pups and cats working together! This episode would've made an awesome Rocky TV Movie Special.
There are Some Things That I've Noticed Throughout The All Paws on Deck Episode 1. Rocky's Suit Mysteriously Disappeared During The Elevator Wipeout 2. Rory Doesn't even Say 1 Line in The Episode Despite Her In Your Face Cameo 3. Rex Didn't Join in The Group Call, But Somehow Still Knows The Mission 4. Tuck & Ella's Motorcycles are The Same Side Instead of Being Opposite Sides 5. Posters of Wild (Wildcat) Were Seen at Adventure City Along with Posters of The Twisty Top Mesa & Yarn Ball Episode 6. Arby's Vehicle looks Awfully a Lot Like Chase's Sea Patrol Vehicle 7. Codi's Energy Shield at The End is Somewhat Similar to The Energy Dome that Copycat Made
Wait… from the looks of things Cody will be setting up shop in space… which means Rocky might get a space based TV movie where he’s tasked with building things meant for space travel some possibly in space where he isn’t as use to fixing stuff, and having to deal with his former idol. That sounds kind of perfect for a special surrounding a character like him!
If I’m being honest, this plot does feel more like it was made for a 44 minute special rather than a 22 minute episode. I will say while I wasn’t a huge fan of this plot, I did find it cool to see all the team members appearing. (Even if I only like a few of them) Plus I also liked the Adventure City cameo. It did surprise me that they only appeared over halfway into the episode though so it kinda felt like they didn’t play much of a role. The scene where they all assemble is easily the best part of the episode. The final battle was cool with all the pups using their abilities to stop Cody, even though it sucks that they left Rocky and Zuma out of it. I agree Rocky should’ve been the one to finish her off since he was fanboying over her so much earlier on. Then the parade for the team was nice, and Humdinger’s cameo at the end was mildly amusing. Overall while this episode wasn’t great and was nowhere near the best of the series, not to mention containing a lot of the issues I have with the later seasons, I will admit it had it’s moments. It did at least keep my attention better than most other episodes in the later seasons did and was a little more interesting, so I’ll give it that much. It still doesn’t compare to most of the classic episodes though.
Maybe we’ll see them all interact in a possible space episode 😅 would love that personally…(it would also help me with getting their interactions in character) I didn’t realise Codi is voiced by the sister of the voice of Skye 😅 I enjoyed the episode but really wish it was longer, also the amount of townspeople was low when they were kidnapped

I wanna talk a bit about my Space Patrol idea. I know what could be on Chase and Marshall’s space helmets: Chase has a police siren and Marshall could have a fireman hat on his helmet. Anyone have ideas on what could be on the other pups’ space helmets?
I'd say this is the best episode in PAW Patrol's history for 1 BIG reason. In Endgame we see all the AVENGERS come together as 1 force and I do believe in Rise of Skywalker, we see the whole galaxy come together to fight Palpatine. We don't really see many movies or episodes of multiple heroes or just people coming together as one to face a threat as one force
I could see a episode where most of them hanging out in the look out for a party or something, maybe even party crashing in Arrby and Sweeties case, stealing the snacks or presents

Well, first thing i want to said is we Adventure city in the freaking Paw patrol show! I I mean, what? holy goat, ponys! that just blown my mind! And second, the so called "Villain" is kinda of mayor freakin Humdinger! Ok, just hear me ok? She was ok in the first and second part of the episode but at the end of the episode, mayor freakin Humdinger showed up! I I mean, why?! Stop shoehorning him into episodes of PAW patrol he doesn't belong in! Drives me and my stuffy Ben 10 from bab crazy! God in heaven! *slaps his face with his hoof* and this so called "genius" wanted a town, build it somewhere else like in freakin foggybay or whatever town mayor freakin Humdinger has! let him deal with that so called "genius" girl! I love "All paws on deck"! It gets MY seal of Pawsomeness! 100/10
I do think it wasn’t a terrible episode but it just had a little too much, and the interesting thing being the scene on the moon when she says “adventure bay hasn’t seen the last of Codi Gizmodi” meaning it May happen again, to some disappointing outcome

A Paw Patrol special isn't that great when the main focus should astray on the first 6 which is Zuma and Rocky included. The first 6 go first then any of the other pups. They are the main priority over other pups.

For like how pokemon is still on going and for like how Thomas and friends ran. With Pokemon being from 1999 and still ongoing to now, also with Thomas and Friends running from 1987-2021, the same thing should happen with Paw Patrol there's still quite alot of potential with the characters and the show they can do to keep it running, I thought the same for puppy dog pals until it ended in 2023, also for Thomas and Friends for what im meaning by is that I'm not including 2d Thomas that does not count to it being Thomas and Friends at all whatsoever. So anyways Paw Patrol should be like how it is with Thomas and Friends and Pokemon like for how old Paw Patrol is 10 years old, it could still go on for more years, also for Thomas and Friends its 36 years old, and for pokemon 23 years old so Paw Patrol having to run for so long from 2013 to now it still has that potential to become as old as Thomas and Friends excluding the existence of All Engines Go, and as old as Pokemon as well.

Tbh, (mayor) Humdinger was always my favorite villain in the show.
Also they forgot one pup claw another Barkingburg pup who is like Sweetie in a way.

Saw the episode - it needed to be double-length. 22 minutes is not enough for a decent story for a special like this.
