Not that often you discover an entire album that resonates on this intimate emotional level. Like a little piece - you didn’t realise was missing - coming softly into place and settling in for the cruise.
I call them my bedside albums. The ones I know I will always feel somehow reassured and hopeful and joyful and nostalgic all at once - listening to them. The ones with no track to skip, no loop long enough. The few ones able to bring back this dreamlike state when your colourful horizon seems to turn dull and hazy.
