Hello Annapurna nice to know u…….dont wry and don’t feel stressed also dear……usually pregnancy taruvatha stomach koncham shrink avvadaniki 12-18 months pattochu……depending upon the nature of body…..my best suggestion is start sleeping on floor in the early mornings aleast for one hour on ur stomach and everyday try to tie belt for five hours everyday…….chaalu if possible start simple exercises dear……suppose ivvanitikanna diet is very important adhi I cannot describe through messages……nenu kuda new mom ra….i hav twin babies even I am facing weight loss issues ……I am go through the process definitely manalanti vaala kosam genuine ga I will weight loss diet plans dear……..would u like to join with me
