I love the design of this Polestar 2. I also love the white interior. I know this is an expensive option, but it's probably worth it. This is one of the best EV sedans on the market today. This car isn't perfect, but it does almost everything right haha.
This doesn't seem like a bad vehicle. Kind of in that Crown area where it's a tad tall for a sedan but not quite a crossover. Not a fan of higher ride heights but maybe it fares better with the state of CT city roadways. I still can't get over that Polestar 1 though, looks alone. Would love to see THAT shrunken down and derated into a sports car for us common people, instead if a six figure Supercar.
Yeah, it's really not a bad vehicle at all. I'd be really happy living with it, but there are some areas where it just feels like it's a little behind. It doesn't really give awkward size vibes in person, like the Crown does, but maybe that's just a function of the overall shape. Have you seen the Polestar 6? I'm not sure what pricing will look like, but there's a roadster in the plans.
Really enjoyed your approach, reality-based rather than feature focused. I was hoping this would be better than my Ioniq 5 but your review revealed some things that the Polestar lacks which are important to me such as the Ioniq 5 lane centering, rear visibility and lack of a big center console. Thank you! I appreciate the comment! Yeah, it's really tough to go backwards once you have a great lane centering system, and Hyundai's is really very good. The IONIQ 5 and 6 are both so well done in general, and the price point makes it an even easier choice. I love the styling here, a lot of the little touches, the seats, there's a lot to love about this car and I really hope they can work out some more of the tech and get the price point down a bit.
Ioniq 5. Test drived that one and Ionic 6. But for me they wasn’t better then my Polestar 2. Hade the Tesla before and Polestar is master piece of a car.
Would you take the Polestar 2 over an IONIQ 6 or a Tesla?
