And although Adrien calls Marinette “just a friend”, he seemed hesitant so, and Adrien could be in denial of his feelings because he intends to stay true to his love for Ladybug, but he could see Marinette in a new light, but everytime he suspects of Marinette liking him, she denies it, and goes out of her way to make sure he doesn’t know, and as both an Adrienette and Lukanette shipper, it’s true that Marinette’s crush on Adrien is very unhealthy, she literally stalks him, but around Luka, she feels calm and has the ability to be herself around him, and he loves her for that. All in all, both Adrien and Luka are just really good people trying to live their life.

I’m confused, because Rena and Carapace know each other’s identities and have not been compromised because of that. Adrien has all his problems with family and stuff and he wouldn’t be able to handle Marinette’s but Luka gives her the love and support she needs, he truly cares about her and even though I know that adrienette is going to happen in the long run, I want lukanette to happen so Adrien can realize that he’s jealous. I wish lukanette could stay forever. Also, people say Kagami and Luka might happen but that’s, no offense, a really lazy ship because they never talk and they don’t have that much in common. People say that Luka is a horrible character that is badly developed but he has character development and his feelings develop over time for Marinette and how he truly cares which I think is important.

At this point, your options are to either realize Marinette likes you/is Ladybug and scoop her up before she's gone, or go with Kagami, because she's pretty cool, and has admitted (in akuma form) that you were the only guy she'd ever love.
