I've been looking for a video to show exactly this as I also wanted to upgrade the speakers in my 2012 Diesel Cooper. This was extremely helpful. Thank you Like the other comments maybe get someone hold the camera for you next time? It'll make the video a lot less shaky and give you two hands to work with ;-)
Bro.. All that closeup shaky camera movement here/there/and everywhere throughout the entire video made me feel like I was watching Leatherface shaking his final victim around at the end of the movie.. Damn! What a harrowing experience that was lol.. 🎥 👀
@@PatrickN225 Man you're making me think.. I'm pretty sure they were a brand called Memphis. I got them from a local car audio place. They sounded nice!
Thanks for that video, I wanna do the same dang on thing! The one thing I'm not sure about is the airbag. Do I simply have the car off, do I have to turn the airbag off somehow or disconnect the negative battery???
UPDATE!!! Several years ago I got an upgrade to Alpine system but they did not change out my rear speakers. So I decided to finally make that change. I finished 2 days ago. It was a crazy job but well worth it and my tunes sound better than ever before. The worst part was all the bending. It took me 3 days. 1 break it down 2 install stinger roadkill and speakers 3 put it all back together. Recently I had to change out my cd unit and that job was insane too.
Hello, thanks for trying to explain to us, but honestly the video is very bad! poor image stability. You should have asked whoever made the video for help. But thanks anyway.
You’re a good man bru. Just enough info to give a bit of direction without having to do a search and destroy! Thx again
Cheers for the video, mate. All the best from the UK.
