Depending in your preference, Andras is a META PVE specially raid, while Ara is can be META in PVP specially in Colosseum.

If you are a new player, I suggest build the 2 free Unique Hero, Future Princess and Plitvice.

Increase the % of scaling damage.
Yes, it has something to do with the damage. High level means hight damage %
