I already answer: The thing about my au is that Charlie was little when her mother "passed away" so she doesn't remember her very well. She only knows her name. Therefore, I didn't know who it was. It was only when Lucifer said her name later that she remembered who she was.

But like I said this is my AU, and I'm making it up as I go along. Am I not allowed to? Do you have a problem with it? And with the fact that I didn't include the pilot? I'm not hectoring you I was just trying to understand you. But if it bothers you that much I'll say this: I simply didn't include the Pilot, so I might not have known that she 'knows' her, 'saw' her as a child (or something like that) , which is why I accepted this explanation. I can change it, of course, but I don't know how, because when I did the react I didn't think there would be people who would ask "Why doesn't she know her mum". I hope I have explained myself somehow (It's true I could have made that mistake, but as I said I didn't pay attention to the pilot, but as I say it's my au,)
@Yuzi_gacha_brat AU is a kind of 'alternate reality', meaning the creator invents something or is inspired by a theory. (Or something like that) In my case it is that simply according to my au(meaning alternative reality) Charlie's mum left her and Lucifer when Charlie was little. I hope I have explained it somehow. I'm not good at explaining. Of course, I'm not sure how to explain the word either. I just understand it that way. I'm sorry if I could.
I’m so glad you made them at least more angry or shocked that she is in heaven for this long. Most reactions are them being completely supportive when it just seems unrealistic at least for Lucifer. 😐

My guess in the show, is Lilith is the one who has Alistors soul, he is there to protect the hotel under Lilith's orders, as far as her being in Heaven she made a deal with Adam to stay in heaven under the condition she allowed 1 yearly extermination for her former partner, as payment for staying in heaven. But only time will tell if my theory is correct.
