Nicole i just commented to say you NEED to try flutterhabit lashes. i just recently started using them and i’m in love, they’re a fake lash that you apply under your natural eyelashes and last up to 7 days. same concept of eyelash extensions but so much cheaper, and you can do it yourself!!
Litterally just had the worse anxiety attack , and nothing was working ...I tried breathing techniques , pacing , listening to gospel etc. so I pulled up your videos and I am all of a sudden ok... thank you for being you. I find peace in your videos
I experience the same exact things when I lay down at night!! I will have flashbacks of all the times in my life that I've embarrassed myself. I believe it stems from anxiety and it keeps me awake at night. Especially if I wake up in the middle of the night I will be up for hours bc my head is filled with flashbacks from 10+ years ago. I've never heard anyone else speak about it before.

I love long ponytails with extensions back in the day around 2010 I remember I went out shopping or some event can’t remember but I had two girls walking beside me one was being super sweet and telling her friend omg her hair is so pretty and the friend was like that’s extensions and the girl said no it’s not it’s her hair, and they bickered back in fourth til the girl that liked my pony said I love your hair and I said thank you so much, and her friend said, “Right you have extensions in?” and I was like yeah I have some clip ins on for volume but my hair is long itself, and she was kinda salty Idk why but yeah the other girl was pretty cool about it. But I agree with the wrap pony sometimes it works other times I feel like my head is too big I have a five head 😂
I can feel the headache with all those clips lmfao I used to love the long ponys with extensions but after a certain amount of hours it used to hurt so bad. I would have to massage my scalp when I took out the pony and clips.
