Wendys uses a Huberts lemonade base i.e concentrated lemonade. You are right it is watered down at a 3 to 1 ration. 1 carton of the base concentrated and 3 of tap water mixed together. The strawberry is exactly the same only difference is they add 1 bag of the strawberry topping and mix it in with the regular lemonade.
