Baltazar is stuck in early 2000s. He hasn't really improved ever since then
I think his incentive is to entertain with interesting / unstable / exciting gameplay, rather than to merely achieve and exert total mastery.

@@ZandarKoad he doesnt know the basic laning mechanics. Dota2 has really improved players to the point where even the lowest mmr knows more than whats baltazar is doing here. Dota1 players in general didnt improve much because of lack of players and ranked matchmaking
@@test-id6cz Have you ever seen Balta buy a divine rapier (or two) and immediately go for rampage, only to die and lose the rapier? I have. Many, many, many times. That may or not be crappy gameplay, poor strategy, or a good way to lose. But it sure is entertainment. Balta doesn't get paid to win like the pros. :)

@@lacoste3614 I think you misunderstand my comment. I think Balta plays to entertain, which sometimes (but not always) involves crazy or weird gameplay. And I do like it that way.
