One of the best shows Netflix has ever green-lit I really hope they flesh out more of the characters especially Ringo and Taigen but I really love the action in these episodes esepcially episode 5 or 6 :)

Mizu is seriously an amazing character. I haven’t found a character that really had me in grips like her. A self-made legend and really inspiring. She never falters, but she does. She licks her own wounds and accepts everything that comes her way and doesn’t let it cloud her. Love her

Then watch some anime done by Studio Ghibli for example. But agree, it's pretty well made, I enjoyed as much as the Ghibli ones, or for example in Cyberpunk genre this level of quality is for example Ghost in the Shell. So yeah, the animation of this pretty much among the best ones
or anything by Makoto Shinkai (admittedly not action anime) whose films are just beautiful 😍

This show with its visuals and story telling hands down has to be one of my favorites. Mizu as a the mc and protagonist, which I'm so thankful for, they didn't make her a good person. Each character from minor to major had me hooked. The episode of mizus past love broke me..
Hearing this show was getting a season 2 on the heels of S&B's cancellation somewhat restored my faith in Netflix's decisions. ❤ also originally went down the medical examiner education route, was happy they got specific... injuries depicted correctly. :3
