Hello 👋 my friend. That’s too cool 😎. This place in Italy too beautiful and I love the cheese experience and lot more they can offer to the tourist. I’ve been there before and I want to visit again. Thank you 🙏🏻 for sharing. New friend and supporting from Germany 🇩🇪. Have a nice day ahead 👍❤️🙏🏻
I'm not Italian but I feel like this videos sums up the essence of Italy haha the cheese, the wine, the pizza and ice cream - seeing that cheese process though, amazing!! Such hard work and it's amazing how you got to taste such old cheese too. Wonderful video!!
We are ADDICTED to cheese! Especially Parmigiano! Sometimes there is more parmesan on our pasta than the other way around! Thanks for sharing the beauty of italy!
another great video with great content you have here. very informative too, and something I learned just now, about the sound that is produced when the encasing of the cheese wheel is hit by the mallet, and what they do with it, poor cheese lol! btw, awesome shot at 1:41. we love the Italian landscape, and the food, that we kept going back there 3 times so far, this was before we started our channel. If given the chance, we would love to follow your food tour. thank you Garret and Laurin, and have a great weekend!
Ahh!!! Thank you so much for watching and subscribing! We were at 699 just 👀 for number #700 and did a little happy dance because of you 🥳 March is a great time of year to visit-Hope that you have the best time in Italy! Which cities will you be visiting? If you have any questions and you plan your trip-don’t hesitate to reach out!
Loving your videos! Actually planning our trip to Italy using your itinerary for ourselves! We’re planning on doing the Parmesan and balsamic tour as well. We noticed in your video you had time to explore the city of Modena. Did the tour (or your driver) include that or did you ask for it? We would like to explore the city as well in addition to the food tour.
That is awesome! You will have an amazing time. Our tour included that without us asking for it but you can always confirm. It was great to have an hour to walk around and enjoy 😃
Our family might be staying in Modena a night. Could you please recommend the logistics of visiting Cheese making factory, B.Vinegar factory, and Winery from Modena. Appreciate it. Love u L&G.
👋 Hello! Amazing--we wish we spent a night there! We booked a private tour which handled all of the reservations and transportation for us. You could try to reach out to cheese manufacturer (Latteria Sociale S. Stefano Societa) the balsamic vinegar place directly but as most people in this area speak only Italian and there is no public transportation, we would recommend getting a tour or at least a driver to get you from place to place. The tour we used was private so I am sure they could accommodate requests you have within reason--we have them linked in the description!
Thank you so much! We actually don’t-we’ve been considering it but we both work long hours when we are not traveling and aren’t sure er can keep up with it!! Would love to give you guys a follow from my personal account-what’s your handle??
