For short content you could go for 7 spa at the upgrade after she gets her circle aoe imo(so that would be like 8 spa placement) or 7 spa placement works too but she wouldnt be used as a dps
there is something called perfect spa which makes your unit slow the enemies the moment the last slow ends basically making it infinite slow, and that perfect spa is 7.0 spa for jiraiya, and my jiraiya has b+ stat and a -7.8% spa curse that makes him 7.1 spa which is good enough
