Ho’oponopono is changing my life. I have been on the metaphysical path since I was 25 and I’m 75. This tool is the simplest, easiest and most effective one in my whole journey. I sat in the middle of a room in a lot of tension yesterday with three different people and I was totally at peace because I kept reciting the ho’oponopono. Thank you so much. You are the best!

I'd probably like to listen to her speak more than read her book because of that charming personality and accent. They need to teach this level of spirituality in school because it's very simple and anyone can get it. Even if they don't 'believe' in it (spirituality isn't about beliefs) the idea is planted in their consciousness for future fruition.

I remember I once had a very faulty phone, and sometimes it would just freeze before I could pick up a call. One day it completely shut down and I was so emotional but in that moment I just looked at it and said "Thank you!" and let go. About an hour later my brother calls me and says he has a new phone for me. 😊

The Majority of people live from the head. I live in the now and as soon as I realize that I am not live in the now, I feel I have to step back and clean by saying Thank you.

So I thought about it and something told me this sounds like bs and I did my research. There is no record of this Dr Hew ever working at the Hawaii state hospital and I also called the hospital ( you can Google it) and I spoke to someone that's been there over 30 yrs and she said they've never closed down. Think about it we got to be idiots to think the state would let insane murders out of prison and not just one but a whole unit and they even closed down. Yeah the families of the victims are really gonna let that shit happen. 🤣😂🤦🏻♀️. Also look up Dr. G. Gharda who is a real Dr and he says this story is bs too. I actually found him but nothing on this Dr Hew except for ho'opnopno. Look I fell for it too but then I thought that this sounds wayyy too far fetch. Maybe ho'opnopno does work on some level like Dr. Gharda said but it's not a miracle cure and the whole mental hospital thing never happened. Please do your research.

Doing Ho'oponopono since the 80's when I first came upon Mabel's videos 'bout couple years ago I didn't have the patience to try to get pass her accent, lol, but now since I feel more in tune, I really like the way she presents it plus with a little humor ALWAYS HELPS :)
