This used to be my biggest struggle. At some point, I just learned to say "I'm just checking them out" or I wear earphones and they tend to get the message.
It's really bothersome to me when store employees come pressure you to buy stuff. I don't like being put in awkward situations like that. They do that cause they earn based on how much they sell. So basically the business owners force the employees to do that in order to sell more. I know that cause my friend worked retail and they did that to her, and if you don't meet your quota of products sold your fired. I think that should be illegal tbh, it makes the experience unpleasant for everybody except the business owner that makes more money
I can relate to them lmao, sometimes I just want to check out the new items in a store but then a clerk comes and since I have no intention of buying, I end up leaving the store early.
Right, and they do that cause they're basically forced by their employer to pressure people to buy stuff. They have a quota to meet of products sold.. Imo that's an abusive business tactics, from the business owner to both the employees and the consumers. Every time I go to a sneaker store the employees come trying to sell me shoes, to fit my feet, etc. Like just let people look around and if they wanna ask something or buy something they'll talk to you, is it that hard to understand? It's really stupid to do that cause they end up losing customers instead, cause nobody likes to be pressured like that
Don't you just hate it when your eye connects with the store clerk's eye for a fraction of a second then they start speed walking towards you with a face that says "Our eyes have met, this means we have bonded and formed a contract, now you must buy these good looking clothes that will surely look good on you"
Thing with that though is that some customers might be too shy to ask for help, so if an employee notices you fidgeting around an area in the store and looking over at them they might take that as a sign of you indirectly asking for assistance. Most people hate going up to the counter or to an employee to ask for assistance, so the employees will usually be the ones to initiate contact with you to make it easier. At least that's what I remember from my short time working at a retail store.
I'm almost the same. Once I went to McDonald's and ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, even though I don't really love their nuggets. The cute cashier asked me to consider upgrading to the 20 pc for a bit more. I said yes lol.
An Onyan and Garlic enter the clothing store, the clerk looks up from behind the counter with a smile "Aah, two cute little customers have come to buy some clothes!" "Aah, uuh, we, we were just browsing!" Stammers the Garlic with a shaky voice. The clerk smiles with squinted eyes, "Wait, Shion why do I hear boss music?" the Onyan whispers to the Garlic. The Garlic pulls the hem of the Onyans skirt saying, "Let's get out of here, quick!", while pulling her along to leave. Before they even took a single step, a powerful voice booms from behind their backs, "These clothes. You have already bought them". The Garlic slowly turns around, shivers running up her spine, while the Onyan stands frozen in place out of fear. Behind them, menacingly, eyes glowing red, smirking from ear to ear, holding some cute fashionable clothes following the latest trends the Onyan and Garlic would never choose to buy on their own for fear of standing out too much when walking among the public, the clerk stands inches away from their backs. "Aah, uhm.." The poor unsuspecting Garlic found herself in front of the counter before she realized what was going on, her wallet in her hands, swiping her card at the register, the Onyan standing by her side, still shaking from head to toe while holding the Garlic by her arm, not daring to look up from the ground, lest the boss monster known as The Clerk has a second phase. "Thank you dear customer! Come again!" The clerk said while handing them over the bag with 50.000 yen worth of clothes they never even wanted to wear. "Haha.. Ye-yes". With unstable steps, the Garlic stormed out of the store, pulling along the Onyan. "Shi-Shion, what was that? What happened in there?" The Onyan asked the Garlic after they safely arrived outside. Suddenly coming back to her senses, the Garlic looked at the bag in her hands filled with overpriced cutesy outfits for the two of them, her brow twitches while her hands shake, she looks up at the sky and snaps, "NEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!" So they vowed never to return again, but little did they know, the store clerk watching them from behind his counter mumbled to himself at this moment "Dear customers, your next visit, *IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED* ."
@@mxdevil I didn't expect anyone to read this shitty short story of mine, but when I watched the clip I couldn't help myself visualizing this, so I felt compelled to write it down 草 Nice to see someone liked it though :)
my point is that she doesn't even have social anxiety or maybe she does idk, and even I can do stuff like ordering something, but I had to do it multiple times to get used to it. to me, it seems like she doesn't even try.
does anyone know what sort of software the girls use for the pixelart templates? maybe they do it in photoshop or so? but it looks so similar for everyone
I want to watch kimetsu no yaiba the movie but its super expensive...i will enjoyed it but my friend would never spend that much for a single movies...it seriously tenfold the normal price for any movie tickets sales...watching alone is sabishi yo...
This reminds me of a store in Shibuya that has little wristbands you put on when you enter. Pink for just browsing, yellow for come help me.
Wow that's genius
This used to be my biggest struggle. At some point, I just learned to say "I'm just checking them out" or I wear earphones and they tend to get the message.
I just say, "no thanks, I'm just checking stuff out".

Shion's a lot better than Aqua, but she still has some social awkwardness. At least she can order things, unlike the onion.
It's not like they are competing lol

LOL
Its a fuckin thing over here in Japang mang, just avoid eye contact to avoid people. I like it that its so clear cut but then man..
Like a Pokémon battle
Maybe all store clerks become Endermen after a while

Inside you are two wolves: one is Shion. The other is Aqua. You are an extrovert with social anxiety
wait aren't these two both introverted
Thanks for all the Akushio videos, love these 2 so much
Being pressured into buying things they weren't sure if they were going to get xD

These two are seriously relatable... it's almost as if... they're actual humans... and not anime girls...?
this is why I like that masks are socially acepted now, helped so much with this kind of situations
