I can see why they dont value skill 3 as much, I thought it'd be amazing to prep for Ulting but its only for the skill 3, seems like a situational skill against bosses with immunity etc
by the prep I assumed that the break damage increase would last 1 time after using the skill 3, so your ult could benefit from it
For me skill 3 for breaking
Skill 2 for damage after breaking
Skill 1 if some boss randomly pops attack taken decrease ( not gonna level that skill)
Ult is basically skill 3 on steroids for damage and aoe

I think it’s to supplement cursed energy to the buffers for continuous uptime on buffs
And for other reasonable cases maybe putting a damage up recollection to combo with him
A battle shouldnt last that long realistically if they are using him for tower and for general wave content i already can do 3 buffs in a row without kaito extra cursed energy@@Sullete
isnt for toji, its for buff energy for buffer, then we can spamming skill buffer for toji

Doesn’t skill one make the enemy for susceptible to crits?
It's fine but he's not a debuffer, if you primarily use skill one you're missing out on a lot of damage.

@@vorcent_jax Skill one I'd say 6 max unless you really want to do a crit team, Skill 2 max it out, skill 3 can go up to 8, and max the ult too.
I mean, as I f2p all my characters have level 9-10 in the most used skills @@vorcent_jax
