The next day I got up and got my workout done, then did some grocery shopping at BJ's Wholesale and Aldi Grocery stores. Hey Shyvonne, you mentioned in your last video about your blood pressure rising and saying that you don't use a lot of salt. I noticed in this video that you seem to pay attention to the protein and the carbs and calories in your food but you don't seem to take into account the amount of sodium (aka salt) that is in the food as well. our bodies are allowed 1500 mg of sodium per day. Start counting the sodium that you are consuming in processed items as well as what you use as you cook. (lawry's is high in sodium as well so be careful with it) I went through it and now I try my best to keep my sodium levels under 100 mg on any pkg. you would be surprised how many things are messing with your health while claiming to be healthy. Stay blessed and healthy.
She believes in seasoning her food! And the junk food doesn’t help. Laila Ali has a delicious line of low sodium low sugar seasoning
@@ladykfirst There are a lot of seasonings without salt. Tabitha Brown has a line and the Kinder brand has salt free seasonings and Mrs Dash has been around for years. Also using fresh herbs and spices helps as well and eating more whole foods and less packaged items.

Heyyy Shyvonne, I have had Hydranitis Superativa for years but haven't had one in many years now. I only got the diagnosis in my later years. The doctor told me not to shave with a razor and that helped. A lot of women have it.
A great low calorie/low carb opinion for pizza crust is the L'OvenFresh Carb Control Original from Aldi. They are only 60 calories and 4 net carbs. I just made myself apizza with them today.

Thanks for recommending the cream,I used to get those boils under my arms and then my twin daughters get them on different parts of their bodies so I will definitely tell them about it! The girls and their friend were having so much fun! I laughed when I saw their picture of them putting up the peace sign because I have been showing my two year old grandson how to do it. It’s so cute how he holds his two fingers up crooked and he is so proud of himself! My son started doing what you do with the water and the flavoring! He was buying his two and four year old boys the big jugs of Hawaiian Punch and splitting them in half and putting half water to dilute it,but now he buys the sugar free flavor packets and makes it with water in the jugs and they love it! Shyvonne THANK YOU! I was diagnosed with Hidradenitis Supportiva in 2012. Yes it's very painful and makes you ashamed about your body. I receive Disability for this skin disease bcuz it's no cure. I refused to keep being cut on so I just continue taking my antibiotics. I wanna try this bcuz the pain is so unbearable..They recommend no underwire bras and cotton panties..I have to use spray on deodorant so my pores don't get clogged. My dermatologist recommended Humira Shots but im good, done heard to many near death experiences. Again THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!!
