so, if i am 100% correct.
That is Wei Wuxian from Mo Dao Zu Shi, aka The Grandmaster Of Demonic Cultivation. It is a donghua (=Chinese anime) and it has a manhwa or manhua. It is considered bl but the donghua barely shows anything so it is recommended you read the manhua. Both are adapted from the novel (same title) and it has more interesting scenes.
