Tap Settings.
Tap Lock screen and security.
Tap Other security settings.
Tap Set up SIM card lock.
Tap Lock SIM card and you will be prompt to enter the PIN number.
To disable SIM card lock, tap Lock SIM card again and enter the PIN number
