This is sooo exciting!! My family and I went to Dallas this summer and we fell in LOVEEEE!!! Our kids keep asking us to move there lol. We’re asking God what’s next for our family but also hoping it’s Dallas lol. It’s so family oriented and everyone is so loving and they really love Jesus there!!🥹 excited to learn from your home buying process as you share and praying God continues to show up in every detail for you!!! May he guide you to the home he’s already designed for your beautiful family!💕🫶🏽
@@spirituallylovingme-11 I would say I’m yes you need a car!! I think they have a better bus line than Houston … when you look in Zillow for homes at the bottom I believe it tells you about transportation for that area
@@spirituallylovingme-11 you definitely need a car in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Traffic is really bad the cost of toll roads is outrageous. There is a bus system in the city of Dallas and there is a rail line. This coming from someone who does not have a car.
House 1 inside overall more appealing layout despite the small backyard and close proximity to neighbors. House 2 okay inside but more appealing backyard and appeared to have more privacy. Sending positive energy you and husband in finding the home that speaks to you.
Was saying the same thing...but house 1 is basically her dresm...everything in that house is spacious...imo!! Backyard is a great size and it has that coverage when you walk outside
My hubby n I looked for a home for about a year off and on. When we decided on one,it turned out that we had saw it from the outside 2years prior. The price had dropped significantly! We moved in December 21,1994--yes 30 years ago! My husband did at that time, floor tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen before we moved in.We started upgrades, maintenance, redecorating, around year 2.And from time to time since then. Will be doing more soon. This was the Best Christmas present ever back then.!Finished paying for it in 2022. Thank You Lord!
All 3 of those homes are nice. Don’t know how much time you have, but if you are not at peace with one of those…keep looking. The choices are so broad in the DFW area. 🙏🏾
Sissssss, these are niccceeee❤ #1 is an A- (interior was amazing, but dang that backyard did not match) #2 is an A+ (exterior & backyard was great) #3 is a B+ (it felt smaller, but the potential 7th bedroom was nice) Happy House Hunting ❤
The second home 🔥 I absolutely love itttt! And it has enough room for your beautiful growing family! Praying for you all! God will lead you to the perfect place for you all in this season 🙏🏾
I love both number one and two. I love the inside of one and the outside of number two. I could see the Henry family in either one of those homes. Congratulations ❤
All the houses are beautiful! I love the grand entrance of House #1. Having enough space suitable for everyone is important. Uncertain if this property is part of an HOA. Also the storage area is unfinished. House2 is amazing-perfect for the family, and the fact that there’s no HOA is a big plus. House3 is just nice; not a wow factor. No H.O.A as well. Best of luck with your decision making. Blessings Henry family ✨️
House #2 had the space you needed. A media room that can be used as a large bedroom if needed (which would mean 7 bedrooms if you did that). It also had the beautiful curve stairs you wanted and a big private back yard. House number 2 definitely hit all the major check boxes you had.
Everyone is moving here to Dallas! Have we become the next Mecca?! You’re definitely going to fall in love here. This whole metroplex is building new constructions in every city, county & suburb here! Great place to raise kids.
I think House #2 would be great for your family. The lot size is nice and the house is spacious. I moved to Dallas area in 2020 and haven't looked back. I really love it here. I looked Mansfield area, but settled further northwest in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area. Yeah the traffic is crazy at times, but for the most part I have everything I need within 15 minutes or.so. That's what I like about Dallas compared to other cities I've lived everything you need is close by. There are activities and events happening all the time..
Wow, these homes are all so beautiful. Each home offers a beautiful design for the right family. Yes, I know what you mean. You'll know when you walk in the right one for your family.😊
Yayy so happy you waited! These look so much more up your alley, gave me chills watching; so excited for you guys! I definitely love the interior of house #1, loved the bathroom especially but the backyard was definitely questionable , #2 was my second favorite, and #3 was my least favorite was sort of bland. Thank you for sharing your journey and letting us be apart of it!
Yesss! House #1 was sooo 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but the backyard was VERY DISAPPOINTING 😩 and there’s no amenities in the community so our children wouldn’t have that. Hose #2 was my second choice
The Perry house has a much better flow & appears more spacious. Where the upstairs in the second house the rooms & open areas looked choppy even though it has a lot of bedrooms & the LR was smaller. I’m team Perry 🤗🤯😱
🎉Now this is content!🎉... I was glued...😂... I loved the 1st one.. I could literally see the family in that one.. let the Holy Spirit lead...❤.. Congrats and God Bless..❤
I will say . I haven’t seen all the houses but the regular houses tend to be stronger n I did love a few of them. If u go with a new construction, make sure it’s a good builder not using cheap materials.

Mrs. Henry, you are going to absolutely love Dallas! If you don’t make it to Dallas, definitely check out Arlington-those places are fantastic! I just had to share that with you because they’re some of the best spots!
I LOVE HOUSE 2. The outside exterior of the home is so beautiful. I know it's will look even more beautiful once you plant some beautiful flowers & trees, especially seeing the garage on the side of the home. Even though the backyard was oddly shaped it did seem bigger than the other two & its also private. Love the primary bedroom is on the first floor. I like the wet bar in the game room, also love the separation of the two room so much can be done to that space. 6 BR is always a plus. The only thing that I didn't love was intermediate landing did give that broad grand view when you look downstairs, but it's wouldn't be a deal-breaker. Blessings to you & your beautiful family.
I was definitely going to suggest coming out to Dallas, especially further south towards the Red Oak/Waxahachie area. I think your family will find exactly what you’re looking for. God told you TX. You wanted Houston, but I have a feeling it might be the DFW. Happy hunting!!
