- War Robots Gameplay with the Mk2 Max Phantom and the question: Why Is it so darn powerful in WR?
I really have to disagree with the balance of the Phantom. Not only are squads of it dominating everything - also just one of them is way too strong. Why does a robot with that much speed and that teleport ability get so much firepower (especially with shotguns) and so much effective HP? 250K Hp is completely overkill and the resistance is way too high with an ability to lasts so long. This has nothing to do with balancing in my opinion and although I suggested the teleport ability in the first place: The speed and resistance paired with its HP pool is what makes it so dominant. But now so many people have it... Its also wrong to simply balance it down now. It should have just been done right from the beginning :(

Yes I would have to agree it really overproforms for a light bot I have one my self with the skin thank you for that manni. It is the best ffa because of the speed and fire power etc.

The phantom is the meta for sure --- but of course it looks UBER when you have all MK2 equipment and gear going against diamond and master league players in FFA in the first match. Don't get me wrong - I believe the phantom is the best bot in the game currently. However, this match was not a good showcase when you are going against fujins and pilots that clearly are kind of noobish the whole match. Just sayin.
Doesn’t matter. Phantom can take on almost every other bot. Every match with this thing is a good game.
Well, maybe but in reality, in champion league, it really dominates the game you know. Every time I come in contact with those maxed out phantoms, even with my Ares with level 9 corona and shredder I stand no chance.I usually phase shift in those cases. But now with the nerfed phase shift, I actually don't even feel like playing the game with all those leeches , Ao Juns and phantoms.

I actually started playing CoD because of the crappy Pixo match making and CoD has a feature where you can move the buttons around wherever you want, it’s a nice feature.

That Arthur might be wondering to know when you have ground defence points , during the shield or without , can you tell plz ?
There is no difference in his resistance no matter if shield is up or down. Always point your shield towards the enemy except when he fires rockets. There the shield wont work anyways.

Get your ass back into the game. I see way too many dumbasses whining and complaining that the game has become "Pay to (X)", I wonder about that. In a majority of the games we all play I know you experience it too, there is always at least one to two players on somebodies team that are just tanking or they leave the game.
I don't care how strong or how over powered you think a robot is, eventually because of you whiny-ass bitches always bitching and complaining about it, Pixonic will eventually release a friggen hard counter to that thing you're bitching and complaining about demanding nerfs for, AND THEN they finally nerf/ balance the bot.
The state of the game as it currently is, is directly your own fault. Stop demanding nerfs. Start demanding buffs to older robot in order to make them balanced to be competitive in games. That's all you need to do, so stop bitching and whining about it. There's absolutely no reason at all what-so-ever that Destrier, G.I. Patton, Cossak, and many others to not receive some QoL buffs along with some reworks to outfit them for modules and such.

I’ve been playing since Griffin was the number one bot, I long for those days, they should introduce a separate mode that is a bare bones mode with just rockets and machine guns no energy shield or weapons so we can use our old bots for one mode at least. They should also introduce capture the flag mode, that would be entertaining with tanks vs fast bots as well.
There should be a free to play mode and a members mode

Phantom is the most powerful bot in game even more powerful then leach
In a brawl the leech easily defeates the Phantom. But if the phantom plays very well, activates Leech ability and teleports back, waits it out and re-attacks after - it can beat the leech. But I would go so far to say the Leech isnt still stronger overall.

Hopefully with the new release that will be fixed. I feel when shooting at a Phantom the shots aren’t registering because I’m not hitting them. I’m aiming where I think they are but they are actually a head of that point of aim because of the server latency. They seem to take the correct damage with lock on energy weapons like Scourges and Sparks but just not the projectile type weapons.

running a mobile game on PC and thinking you are good is pretty lame and cheesy. keep in mind most play this mobile game on a phone, where it is much harder to aim and control.

I didn't realize how strong Phantom was until I tried fighting them without a Leech, Phantom, or Ao Jun. It took a lot of time and skillful maneuvering to take one down with my Strider. Considering what else is out there right now though, I'd say it's hardly a problem at this point. The most powerful, toolbag squads don't even run Phantoms.

Actually I think the strongest set up for the Phantom is the x2 Blaze/ Igniter combo. It's very difficult to get away from the flames when phantom can just run right up in your face and then blink back into safety before his abilities time is up. You're torched to death in a matter of seconds.
A well level phantom,leech max last stand can take down like 3-5 bots who are not leeches or phantom down ..so op

Look at all these cheap players who can’t get a Phantom complain and make Pixonic nerf it. There’s a lot of resistance bypass in the game for players to be able to counter it. Stop complaining.
You can hunt phantoms with "the pursuer". Get some good guns on it and seek the phantom out.

It's because you fight with amateur's. You either have server running or you've been matched with very low level enemies 😂😂 this review isn't really useful for anyone, try fight real enemies with last stand and leveled up weapons. Walls don't hit back. And you are making Pixonic nurf robots based on your test. But that is not what really happens in higher clans.

I sometimes also forget to close my Shield too while im Runnin my Arthur. Once i was even wondering why my health is dropin so fast, unfortunately it took awhile till i realized. Odd enough once i realized and closed my doors they all stopped firing at me and started firing other people
