this was the moment i really fell in love with this show. All the way to this point I thought oh no that Sandra character is so sad and pathetic and possibly dissociative and it's gonna be cringe town. She pretends to be with Jeff, and that's kind of psycho. But then when it comes out she's just like "yeh I was just pretending, I liked the attention" and she just owns it, then she's relieved to not have to pretend anymore, yet she STILL commits to the horse and carriage and I realized dude she's just a normal person who had the romance enough to make her life a little magical like so many people want to do but never go through with and that's pretty awesome. It was like wow the writers and director really treat their characters with humanity, compassion and ReSPECT and that's hella cool.

The whole reason Sandra made up the story about Jeff in the first place was because Jeff couldn’t keep his mouth shut, so it’s really annoying when he says “We were keeping that between us…” as if it’s Mateo’s fault. 🤨
Technically it's still Mateo's fault. He was the one who told Jeff that Dina was mad at him, and he was the one who told Dina that Sandra was dating Jeff.

Its brilliant. Jeff is beautiful. It's a toss up between him and mark McKinney for who's the h0ttest. It's like Taylor vs Lorelei's dad in gilmore girls, but that was for the whole show.

I hate this series so much. The characters learn nothing, and keep learning the exact same story in so many episodes. The lesson being don't butt in other people's business. But I'm fine with clips of the show. I just can't stand watching while episodes
I mean, pretty realistic if you ask me. People who butt in to other people’s business never learn to stop not matter what happens in my experience. And retail stores have this weird thing where because you are always there together and doing jobs where you can easily talk at the same time it’s super easy to get involved in everyone’s business.
Real life is often very much like the show actually. We do see some minor growth and change in the way characters handle and do situations, but at the end of the day their root personalities and the way they FELT about those situations often remained the same. Much like real life, people constantly make the same mistakes many times before learning and sometimes never learn at all. I actually really love having flawed characters. I'm tired of every show being the cookie cutter layout where people always change and become better people. People rarely want to change, much less change that fast and that hard.
I agree with Garrett. Not getting involved in stuff that doesn't involve you can save a lot of energy.
