LOL l thought the landspeeder was an ashtray. Back around 1987 l was 6 (could have even been 1986 and l was 5) and l wanted a Millennium Falcon really bad. l had an original landspeeder and my mom saw in the paper that a guy wanted to trade and he had a Millennium Falcon to trade. So he came to our house and l (at 6 or maybe even 5!!) traded my original landspeeder AND a freakin cloud car for his Millennium Falcon, and let me tell you, WHAT A PlECE OF JUNK. lt had ZERO parts, it was really just the main shell. No cockpit cover, no back plate even, l don't even think it had the landing gears. The guy was probably in his 20s or maybe early 30s, l DO remember the event but vaguely. Anyway, he totally ripped me off and he really was a DB to do that to such a little kid. My parents let me do the wheeling and dealing and l got SCREWED by that AH. l still have the POS along with many, many, many other original SW items from back then.
Next time you guys are in Florida and are in the longwood area you have to check out ACME Comics..they have alot of stuff..not just comics..they have Star Wars, he man, GI Joe etc👍🏻
