Я на днях им с утра для поднятия настроения заварила шоколадные шарики, это знаете, шары , внутри у них мармешлоу, заливаешь молоком и шоколад растворяется, получается такое какао, а мармешлоу на поверхность выплывают …и у них такой шок был 😁 вот они с утра все восхищались а потом перед выходом сказали мне- Мама, спасибо, что делаешь нашу жизнь счастливой 💞 я не могу, я весь день с этим ходила ♥️ как мало для счастья нужно))) вот я эти слова точно не забуду😁

you can make this dough without eggs! many do it without eggs. water 1 cup, salt 1 teaspoon, flour to make a non-sticky dough. leave for half an hour and then roll out in parts! you will succeed, this is a very light and tasty dish!❤❤❤
Ahh, connection moment...Manti, to me, are like Pierogies or Asian dumplings. One side of my family is Polish, so I can relate to any dumpling. I enjoy trying foods from other cultures that I can. The only other dumplings I can try are Asian ones from different cultures. Sending you all peace/blessings!
I don't add yeast to the dough. It doesn't rise, I just let it rest for half an hour. Then you just roll it out. Thinly. If it sticks, sprinkle a little flour on top.
