Do not use nvidia control panal method.. game will look blurry as it uses gpu scaling instead of display scaling!! also you will gain more fps this method instead of stressing your gpu to display. your game will look cristal clear as you basically told your overclocked/tweaked your monitor to think its Native resolution is stretched res
Customize... is greyed out. I disabled DSR factors (my monitor isn't the best) and was able to add customized. It shows up as an option now but i can't select it in nvidia control panel, i hit apply and it reverts to 1920x1080 BUT I can choose the resolution in the COD graphic settings. I just pick that and 16:10 resolution and use FIdelityFX CAS insteda of DLSS and it looks good.

Ive never heard of this problem, but since you didnt explicitly mention it, try importing mw2 settings. I think its under the interface tab and then "import legacy settings"@@AaronThomas330

The resolution shouldn't change for size. You can have a 24" or 50" 1080p screen. It's the same. Just depends on what your resolution is
