Excellent job, I'm really interested in building this plane, but.....I'm guessing the wings are one peice and not removable for transport? I'm also looking at the SD1.....but I like the pik26 better
the wing is easily removable. It is held by two main bolts and two secondary flanges. In a short time it can be assembled and disassembled for transport with a road trolley. Some builders have modified the design by separating left and right wing. however I strongly advise against it, because it is an extremely invasive modification and the whole structure must be recalculated. And it was not done. Surely the load factors have worsened, and in any case it is extremely dangerous.
