I was all planning on filming a project and I'm chomping at the bit to get Halloween crafting but I'm going to be filming a video everyday in October so I didn't really want to film spooky craft with me so I thought let's Prep !!!!
Let's do some prepping you all know how much I love doing that and I thought if you wanted to follow along with me in October then why not prep with me.

Oh Toni, you made me laugh, quickly turned to snickering, because my Hubby is trying to get to sleep. It is 10minutes past Midnight. I'm listening with earbuds. When pulled of the Seagulls "Mine, Mine, Mine, Mine" from Finding Nemo. My hubby and I do that all the time when we are sharing something and its down to the last. The one that grabs and does the Mine, Mine, etc, in the Seagull voice gets it. Lol cracks us up every time. 🤣 Can you picture two mid-60s people acting like that in a restaurant? I don't mean a McDonalds, but a nicer type without driveup windows. 😂 That is key to our almost 47 years marriage. Acting silly at times with a shared of humor.

I have a stenographers tablet that is spiral bound, yet it has a microperforation about ¼-inch away. I just pull the paper off the spiral, then fold on the perforation and tear the sheet away from the torn paper.
You know if ever I was having a bad day I’d just watch your videos. Total crack up! Love your washi tapes

Oh Miss Toni, I thought I lost you. When I click on to my favorites to watch your video, it said not found. I did it again 3 times, but then I notice on your logo on Instagram had changed. You pretty face wasn't on there. So, I deleted the old page channel and typed in your channel again and to my amazement I had you back, thank goodness, I almost had heart failure. I make vitage tape with this plastic too but I only put vintage collage medium on, let dry and I get amazing, little textures vintage tape. Vintage collage medium, if you cannot find it anymore is according to TH just collage medium with tea dye re-inker. I made with vintage photo, came ot amazing, making a few difefrennt tones probably would be great too. I have no alcohol ink so
Ohh that's a cool idea I'll give that a go thanks for the tip I have been hoarding my vintage collage medium I wish they'd bring it back I love the stuff 😂
@@CraftybyToni Yes, right, I love it too. So easy and fast to use and things look great. I forgot to say that since the plastic has been coated in matte medium it also takes normal distress ink after, so it is easy to add more grunge after if the vintage medium feels too light :)

I called it sticky back plastic in my first video 😂😂 I used cover my school books with pop posters then the sbp 😂

Prepping is great! Would love to know a little more about how you did the paper with brusho crystals. It’s watercolor based isn’t it? So when you die the paper if you get it wet with water or other mediums does it reactivate? Thanks for another great video! ❤
Aww thank you so much lovely, tbh I have no idea I've not got that far with them yet first time using them but I'm assuming they will as there water reactive they'll be a bit like distress

If I don't have dobbers, could I botch this with cotton wool round pads?
@@purplejanew Ohhh I'm not sure tbh cotton wool pads are very porous and will probably just soak up the ink but a scrap of felt of fabric would probably be better
For straight edges you could just use the ink pad itself just hold it and angle and gently tap the straight edge. For more intricate bits you could use an eye shadow applicator, either an old one (washed) or you can still buy these new.
