Come across this song today completely by accident and plucked up the courage to listen to it for the first time since it was played at my mums funeral 14mths ago 'still I'm guna miss you' 💔 always will Mum Thank you Rod the lyrics say it all but your voice makes it x
My all time Rod song was Maggie May. I was pregnant, with my darling Son, Jason, and so,so, happy. It was about this time, that we moved back to BIggin HIll, Kent
Good Stuff!!! Saw this title on a British music chart from February of 1993, I had to go to utube to find it but it was well worth the hunt. Still one more really great Rod Stewart tracks to add to my Rod Stewart collection. He really makes this song his. Great interpretation of a classic song. [Michael 2020]
I don't like the video. But I do enjoy the orchestration in this version. I put it and the original version in my Rod playlist. This one still doesn't compare with the Stones classic, but thanks for uploading.
This has been out 7-8 yrs ago? Never knew OR saw before. I'm still trying to think of a song BY THE STONES that someone else did. The only one I can think of is the one that Marianne Faithful did
Great singer no doubt, but is singing the whole song in sad mood and somehow does not work to me. The magic of this song is keep you hunging between glimpses of happiness and sadness mixed together.. Easy to sing but very personal and hard to perform in all its meaning . Brian Jones was a genius and probably Mick Jagger give the best interpretation ever for this one. Peace and love.
This has got to be one of the worst covers I have ever heard of this song, and goodness knows there are some rubbish versions out there. Sorry Rod, but this is dreadful. I thought the Corrs version (with Ron Wood) was bad - but that version is actually good compared to Rod's effort here.
he used to be SO good...now its all fake posing ...and he cant write a song to save his life...this is an abomination. he cant even do covers justice....what the hell happened, Rod? Jeff Beck was right about you.

Bravo.
this has no feeling at all
hello good super sympa
Another fantastic cover I enjoy the sentiment this song gives. And glad that Rod Stewart keeps on keeping on.❤
Rod sings this song better than Mick does.
‘Mick may have a better stage show than me, but it’s about singing. And when it comes to that he can’t touch me. And he knows it’. R. Stewart
so true@@MrPernell27
A magical masterpiece, the best version.
Rodd Stewart version it's Great...Special voice
Beautiful song, but the girl playing Ruby Tuesday in this video is nothing like what I thought the song was about..
Lead Vocalist was a stunning album! I like this song. Rod has great renditions of famous songs...
Definitely the best version of the song.
Rod knows the path to take their songs to get to our hearts.
A sensitive and definitive interpretation.
The orchestra 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is the best cavern of Ruby Tuesday! Rod Stewart is the Best!
My all time Rod song was Maggie May. I was pregnant, with my darling Son, Jason, and so,so, happy. It was about this time, that we moved back to BIggin HIll, Kent
Wow he butchered that
Awesome! Rod Stewart's version love it
Me too.
Made for Rod, sang by Rod, Rod 4 -ever!
Great video....thanks Rod and the model gorgeous, and the music is excellent....thanks Rolling Stones...
Magico
such great arrangements by anne dudley. goes straight to the soul.
Name of the model? Someone? Looks like early 90's Kate Moss
Eye simply LOVE it... and cry. How many nameless doves are yet to vanish into thin air and die...
Meravigliosa ❤️

Andavo la mattina a scuola ascoltando mtv.....
I love Rod Stewart but i can't get into this version . Julian Lennon knocks it out of the park but Brian Jones recorder tears you up !!

very good version, well done
This guy has the EXACT same voice of ROger Taylor from QUeen
Er....no
Rodger Taylor wishes
well it has some similarity, but even Roger would'nt claim that he can reach Rod's level.
When returrn?
Trop lourd wahou, bravo tonton !

*Amazing musical adaptations, arrangements and orchestrations Rod!!*
Sorely missing brian jones recorder, its average at best, to say its better than the stones is utter rubbish
The stones were too stupid to promote this song. All the covers were 10 times better, from Melani e to Rod Stewart
That's weird could, nt find this on Apple?🤔🤔🤔

Yes Devil Divine Mercy This Is You.
❤❤❤❤ Amooooooo
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Rolling Stones ????
... your mind ...
Wow I never heard or saw this - I dont think it was released in the USA? What album was this on? Thank you for posting!
It was on a UK album called "Lead Vocalost". Yes, it was not released in the USA.
HD really?
It was a time when Nonie and Angela Chaw ruled MTv..
Who is that model?
Sounds dull and dreadful. Rolling Stones performed this song better.
Melanie is best
best version???? PSHHHH try rolling stones ruby tuesday! second to NONE
Melanie
Sorry Mick Jagger is better at this song
And Julian Lennon's version is great !
Who?lol
Not at all.
Who is that model?
Best version there is!
still the best and always will be
Of course and forget elton john your song rod has outdone that with his version

Murdered the song
he used to be SO good...now its all fake posing ...and he cant write a song to save his life...this is an abomination.
he cant even do covers justice....what the hell happened, Rod?
Jeff Beck was right about you.
In your opinion
I don't usually leave negative comments, but this is such a weak cover. I absolutely love Rod, but this arrangement doesn't work at all.
Fax. This is just terrible.
