    I just noticed that by '98 her placement and tone changed putting more depth to her then nasal placement and light tone. And then again it happened in 2003-2004 and thus, continued until the present.

      when it passes on the 5th octave I hear no nasal placement; lol where do you hear the nose ?? when she sings low yes on low note or on the 4th octave sometimes, but never on the 5th octave

    Celine Sounds beautiful despite thw changes in her voice. It's just her choice of singing and certain habit that seemes very different from the perfection of what was then that makes it noticeably different. But these are natural changes and happens to all singers. But her capacity to hit those notes is still there and she can still access them if she needs to.

    Crazy how much her voice changed between 2003-2004… even just the way she approached certain notes, her placement and everything, by 2005 she starts sounding a lot like how she sounds today!

    • @knty4
      @knty4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      I disagree, her voice changed for the better at LTAL tour. Compare 2002 to 1996 she sounds like a different person. Her voice did not change much from 2003-4. And 2005 sounds nothing like now. 2016 is when her voice started sounding like now.

    • @ChrisTheAppleOne
      @ChrisTheAppleOne 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@knty4 I mean like the soft and “younger” sounding tone is still pretty relevant in the late 90s and in 2002, I find her voice started changing quite a bit when she started Vegas. E.G I Surrender, her approach to some of the high notes still sounds somewhat like her voice in 1997, but yes her voice did change a lot between 1997-1999 as well but I find it sorta kinda reset itself during her years off before 2002. Her voice kinda started getting the 2007+ tone in around 2003 (again, when she started Vegas)… that’s just my thoughts on it anyways

    • @knty4
      @knty4 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ChrisTheAppleOne Sorry, I didn't realise that my comment was a bit aggressive. But I agree that she started changing her approach, just not it 2005 but maybe 2006-2007. She still had that nasal sweet tone in 2003-2005, 2006 she started approaching the notes in a more rocky style and by 2007 she was completely rock but still in 2008 TC tour she had a sweet tone. Ex. Ohoho B4 in ABM. She once again was very soft and sweet in her singing in 2011 but her voice had gained weight due to the twins birth but it was beautiful. In 2015 her voice matured heavily and by 2016 it just heavily declined.

    • @ChrisTheAppleOne
      @ChrisTheAppleOne 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@knty4 yaaaa oof the fallout of 2016 :/ however I do think, although her voice is starting to “thin out” she has had many great vocal moments over the last few years!! Some aspects she’s actually getting better. But ya I know what “sweet nasal” tone ur talking about in the early to mid 2000s. In her Oprah original key performance of my heart will go on, at some parts, it sounds almost identical to the original recording!! But then at the end she kinda does that fall-off and goes back to that nasal sweet tone 😂 She was still able to access that 1996-1997 tone in 2002

    • @knty4
      @knty4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ChrisTheAppleOne yes but the consistency from 2016 - present is what makes it a decline, she still has amazing moments. And 2002 Original key performance was a mistake in my opinion and yes she sounded like 1997 but still it wasn't the most pleasant lol but yes she could somewhat sound like 96-97 but still everytime she did it was a mistake kinda situation but I appreciate your point of view.
