Whoever don't have more than 2 years of experience with OLD CI would say old is good. Once it start giving problem there is no end in it. You need to mechanic at all times. Most of the times starting problem and it will start in single press at some times. Many times you should have elephant power leg to make it start. Gear shift problem, vibration problem. These all are taken care in J series. From 1st fear onwards it make you feel cat engine smooth. Really great one.
That’s the perfect definition for new generation Royal Enfield bikes…now the things are more easier than anytime before👍🏻😊

I badly want to buy old standard but it’s too late for me. I am from Jharkhand. I browsed almost every dealers but everyone said NO. The thing is Royal Enfield ruined that legacy. I appreciate J- series engine. But in terms of look and feel they ruined badly. Like Headlight, Seat, Petrol Tank. These three parts were the identity of Standard. It’s very hard to convince my self to buy new one. 😔

Bahut mehngi ho gayi ab. I purchase in October 2020 on road Delhi 1.65. It is classic now. Good thing is that they changed thin rear tyre. Bad thing is that they removed the kick.
