It is with regret that we announce the termination of our partnership with Zerosweat due to recent integrity breaches. In two separate incidents, Zerosweat shipped empty bottles of their PM version with Aloe Vera, tarnishing the reputation of Hyperhidrosis Awareness Kenya (HAK) and causing inconvenience to our clients.
Despite efforts to address these issues, Zerosweat failed to respond adequately until formal action was taken. Their lack of accountability and timely resolution does not align with our values of integrity and commitment to our community.
Effective immediately, HAK will discontinue the purchase of Zerosweat products until further notice. We remain committed to providing reliable and trustworthy solutions to our clients and will seek alternative partnerships to uphold our standards of excellence.
We urge all our clients to exercise caution when purchasing topical treatments and to report any suspicious incidents promptly. Your trust and well-being are paramount to us, and we will continue to uphold the highest standards of integrity and service.
