I am sorry to hear you are suffering with chronic pain. I had arthritis in my mid-20's, so I can sympathize. I learned about anti-inflammatory diet, went low carb, Atkins, keto, now 90% carnivore and still pain-free at 78. May God bless you with a clear path to total healing ❤️🙏 ❤️
