We're lucky enough to get Montagu & Hen Harriers breeding in our neck of the woods, although these past five years or so sadly their No's have gone into a sharp decline. Great video, Thanks for sharing. 👍

I thought ospreys are also harriers? I love to watch them landing on the nest like the British jets. lol Awesome!
Ospreys are not harriers, but a family on their own. Harriers nest on the ground and might be more related to kites but I'm not sure.
@@westelaudio943 harriers, kites, eagles, hawks , vultures and buzzards all belong to the same family, while the osprey is the only member of its own family

Что значит - не кормят? Если ему не достаётся еды, значит, он не приспособлен к выживанию. Да он, судя по всему, и не стремится.
Это дикая природа. Выживает сильнейший.

There were 3 big chicks and 1 small chick in the beginning, near the end we see only 2 survived...what happened to the other chicks? Wildlife and the natural order of life and death has been captured on video, why was it omitted in this video? Wildlife videos should never be censored for any reason!
The camera was installed in the nest only once a week. These are very timid birds and it was not possible to filming every day.

This is the same nest. Younger chicks die when there is a lack of food.
