My heart throws an extra beat per minute, I had an ECG ages ago... but I suffer palpitations, when I stress or am tired they are really noticeable.
It's scary as you just don't know what to think do you? Anxiety sucks too, I suffer panic attacks... (hugs)
Palpitations are the worse!! You have to just get on with it whilst feeling like your having a heart attack :( , thanks Hun ❤️ x
